Thank you for taking this courageous step in reaching out. I have been supporting individuals including adults and young people for over 40 years My extensive experience is grounded mental health well-being impacted by the challenges of life events including, loss and traumatic events. I work from an attachment and trauma informed lens and trained in strength based approaches including attachment focused EMDR, self compassion, somatic approaches and mindfulness practice. I offer a compassionate welcoming atmosphere. If you are experiencing stress that is causing you distress, please do not hesitate in contacting me.
Being trained in different modalities provides an individualized approach to accommodate your specific needs.. I am not a 'one treatment approach fits all' therapist. Individuals drive what is helpful for them.
I value your voice. You are deserving to have a space where you feel heard and valued. It takes incredible courage and vulnerability to share your pain. It is my responsibility to provide you with the needed support in your healing journey.
