Many of those I work with come to me simply because they have a deep desire to feel better. I’m Michelle, a Clinical Counsellor (16+). Together, we look at the whole picture to loosen the grip of what’s holding you back, helping you find grounding and vitality.
Deep healing happens when we include the body. Drawing on Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Parts Work, we go beyond standard talk therapy to work with what the mind alone cannot reach. We work with the nervous system to slow things down, creating a softer space to process what hasn’t been resolved and bringing you back into presence, choice, and connection.
