I'm Michelle, a Clinical Counsellor working with youth (16+) and adults. You might feel like you're running on empty. Easily overwhelmed and reactive. Maybe even depressed. Or struggling with your health or your relationships. Whether it's situational or something deeper, I work with what's underneath. Often, that's unresolved trauma. Many of the people I work with come to me simply because they have a deep desire to feel better.
Deep healing happens when we include the body. Drawing on Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Parts Work, we go beyond talk therapy to work with what the mind alone cannot reach. We work with the nervous system to slow things down, creating a softer space to process what hasn't been resolved and bringing you back into presence, choice, and connection.
