We will integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Short-term Solution Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy and Existential Psychotherapy. I integrate a special focus on expressive arts and use an attachment theory-focused lens in my practice.
