Embarking on the path of therapy is a courageous step toward self-discovery and healing. It's a journey that allows profound insights, emotional breakthroughs, and change. I invite you into this experience with warmth and acceptance and I am here to help you navigate. I provide support to individuals aged 16 and up and couples. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, communication, emotional expression and regulation, self-esteem, stress, and life transitions. I'm passionate about helping couples strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and navigate conflicts in healthy and constructive ways.
My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in humanistic philosophy, valuing your inherent worth and potential. I practice from a person-centred and trauma-informed lens, integrating ideas from mindfulness-based approaches, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy.
My practice is fundamentally holistic and deeply invested in nervous system regulation techniques to foster mind-body equilibrium and well-being. I am committed to weaving together diverse modalities to address your unique needs, promoting lasting harmony and vitality. I work with individuals and couples in monogamous and non-traditional arrangements.
