Sometimes we simply need someone to understand. What we're going through, who we are, what is causing challenges in our lives. Many times it might feel like no one wants to understand, or even that it would be unsafe to let someone in. My work starts with creating safety so that new conversations can begin. I collaborate with clients who are curious about change, holding space to discover the unknown and offering reflections to develop the abstract. I enjoy working with clients virtually, and in the presence of horses & nature too (in person).

I have a keenly developed sense of empathic attunement and compassion. I find myself able to zoom in and out in perspective, and draw on this strength to help others. I have a passion for experiential processing, resolution, excitement, and big dreams. In equine assisted psychotherapy, horses partner with us to collaboratively reflect and shift energy.

I am a tried and true believer in the power of trusting oneself. While we can learn from many people, finding alignment with your therapeutic needs opens new pathways for discovery. Horses offer metaphorical and nonverbal processing avenues, meaning that we don't always have to know what to talk about in order to make impactful change.

Equine services listed from $200 per 60m session. Virtual therapy (50 minutes) from $190 per session. Payment will be collected immediately following sessions. Coverage under most extended health care plans via reimbursement or direct billing. Please contact regarding sliding scale needs.
