I often work with LGBTQ+ folks navigating identity shifts and relationship issues; adults who realized they have ADHD later in life and are adjusting to the changes that follow; and people questioning if alcohol or other substances are holding them back from living the life they want. Many clients find that more than one of these areas fits, and that overlap is very common!
I use a neurodivergent-affirming, non-judgmental, and anti-oppressive approach in my work as a counsellor, to help you figure out what doesn’t feel right anymore and create space in your life for what does.
Everyone’s story is different, and I don’t assume my experience is the same as yours; but being a queer and neurodivergent counsellor means I may already understand some of the challenges you're navigating. Many people share that this makes it easier to open up about more nuanced or complex experiences.

I believe that change is possible, but the path isn’t always straightforward.
