If you feel like you have lost touch with who you are, or you are carrying heavy burdens from trauma, grief, or complicated relationships, I offer a calm, non‑judging space to sort through what has happened and how you want your life to move forward. Rather than seeing you as a diagnosis, I see you as a person with history, values, and hopes that have been interrupted by problems – together we get curious about those problems and loosen their grip. After each session, I write you a therapeutic letter that captures important themes, turning points, and next steps from our time together. Many people tell me these letters feel like

“extra sessions” they can return to when life gets loud, helping them stay connected to their own wisdom between appointments. In our conversations I work collaboratively and at your pace, drawing from Narrative Therapy, somatic and relational approaches to co‑create a plan that is focused, time‑sensible, and centred on what matters most to you.

I bring over 15 years of psychotherapy experience, specialize in Narrative and relational therapies, and have written textbooks on non‑pathologizing practice that I now teach to other therapists.
