Whether you're looking for support for your child or teen, trying to manage your own mental health, or working through challenges in your relationship, I am here to help. Maybe your child is struggling with big emotions, self-harm, anxiety, or school avoidance. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by trauma/PTSD, OCD, depression, addiction, or anger. Or perhaps you and your partner keep having the same arguments that get nowhere. I work with individuals, couples, and families (ages 10+), and together we'll explore what's happening beneath the surface and work through it togther, one step at a time.
With over 12 years of frontline healthcare experience, I've supported people through some of life's most difficult moments. I'm a certified CBT specialist with advanced training in multiple evidence-based therapies, including CPT, DBT and EFT. I also provide parenting coaching and have a passion for treating trauma, self-harm, OCD, and complex cases.
