It is therefore paramount that therapy is based on trust and that you feel safe and empowered.
I’ve been practicing in the field of psychotherapy and mental health for the past 11 years. I am trained and experienced in various psychotherapy models and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD and chronic pain. I am also experienced in working with children of all ages, using child-centered approaches like play therapy and Theraplay.
