My ideal client is someone who senses that there is more to this life and is ready to reach for it. You may have tried other therapies, psychedelics, tried changing jobs or even changing relationships. You want more peace, joy, connection, and empowerment in your life. You need someone who will listen and empathize with you but also provide challenge and direction in service of your goals. You may also have the sense that traditional talk therapy doesn't work for you. You want to explore pathways to healing and change and are ready to face both the gold and the shadow within.
I help people reveal the coping and survival strategies that have gotten them this far, whether in relationship, life, or business. We find lasting and specific change in honouring your unique life's path, your soul's wisdom, and your hearts' desires.
Therapy, above all else, is a practice of being in relationship. I take pride in how I show up for my clients and meet them wherever they are at. Contact me directly through this website for a complimentary consultation to see if I am a good fit for you.

Groups
The Grief Corps

I have joined a volunteer-driven resource. The Grief Corps is a Canadian initiative that free to any resident of Canada who has lost someone to COVID-19. All groups are run by volunteer mental health professionals experienced running support groups. These groups are not providing therapy. It is a forum with the opportunity to share your experiences and receive support from people who have similar experiences. The groups will help you to recognise the impact of grief, and support you during this life transition.
