I'm an integrative therapist specializing in relationships, life transitions, and troublesome issues like addiction, low motivation, and procrastination. I most often work with LGBTQ+ and/or male identifying people, but my clientele is diverse and I'm open to working with all identities 19+. For those who are fairly satisfied with their lives but want to reach new levels of understanding, health, and serenity, I offer wellness optimization sessions. I'm available for online and in-person sessions; I have morning, afternoon, and evening slots on offer, and am currently accepting new clients.

Interpersonal, Gestalt, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioural therapies are mainstays of my work. I also have a science education (human biology and genetics), and have received training in the therapeutic use of rhythm, Internal Family Systems, polyvagal theory, and nutrition and complementary medicine for mental health.

The biggest predictor of therapy success is the bond between client and therapist; I suggest potential clients meet with multiple therapists, and be honest with their hopes and fears. If I'm not the right counsellor for you, I'd be very happy to connect you with others who may be more suitable.
