I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor working with individuals, couples, and groups. My deep respect for the complexity of being human allows for your inner world to be explored with care, honesty, and non-judgement. I draw from established therapeutic modalities, however my work is guided less by rigid technique and more by attunement: to you as a person, to the wisdom of the body, and to the wider relational and cultural forces that shape our lives. I am not a blank slate: I bring myself—gently, honestly, and with intention—to the process.

I'm influenced by interpersonal neurobiology, depth psychology, systems theory, spiritual inquiry, and embodied practices. I also bring an appreciation for the nonlinear, mysterious, and layered ways that change can unfold. Some sessions may feel practical and focused; others may move into quiet reflection, emotion, metaphor, or imagination.

More than anything, my therapy style is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I take time to get to know you and listen closely to what feels helpful or not. Together, we’ll build a relationship based on honesty, care, and mutual respect—where your voice guides the pace and direction of our work.

I draw on various therapies to come up with a unique treatment plan for each client: I'll present options and ask you what suits you best, as clients often have an idea that CBT/DBT/meditation does (or doesn't) work for them. If you don't know, that's fine too. My grounding is in Gestalt, narrative, and interpersonal therapies, and I often incorporate mindfulness, parts work, nonduality, and ACT.
