I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space. The process will unfold like this: 1. I will get to know you, your values, and the challenges you are facing. 2. Together we will create a plan to target your goals so you can focus on beginning to move forward. 3. We will assess your progress and discuss if plans need to be altered in any way.

It is important to me that you feel that your time in counseling is effective so I will regularly check in with you to assess what has been helpful in our work together and what has not been helpful. Please contact me to begin our work together.
