Welcome, I'm Michael. As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I specialise in helping people find lasting relief from anxiety and OCD. I hold a Master's in Social Work from New York University, and bring over a decade of experience in the field of mental health. My own journey with anxiety began during adolescence in Vancouver. In my search for healing, I spent years studying meditation and plant medicine in Japan and Peru. Through these experiences, I learned that there isn’t a single miracle cure, but a variety of skills and strategies we can use to nurture well-being.
In our sessions, we'll work together to find the most effective approaches for you: whether it's ERP for anxiety and OCD, EMDR for trauma, or mindfulness techniques to cultivate greater peace.
