Hello there, I know how challenging life can be and I'm glad you're considering reaching out for support. I specialize in helping individuals and couples with challenges such as relationship conflict, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions and self-esteem issues. If you want to grow, develop healthier relationships and have more compassion for yourself and others, you've found the right place. My goal is to support clients in accessing their own inner wisdom and resources while healing from a variety of mental, emotional and relational challenges. My approach is client-centered, relational, and experiential. I am an IFS - trauma informed somatic therapist who enjoys working with individuals and couples who are looking to create meaningful change in their lives.

I am here to support you in that process and help provide a gentle space for you to land.
