I counsel an array of concerns in addition to specializing in various types of PTSD/traumas: childhood, first responder, vicarious, compassion fatigue, relationships and complex/CPTSD.

My counselling is focused on your goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT-E (Eating Disorders), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and am Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed.
I help clients work through a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, worry, emotional struggles, low self worth, grief and trauma/PTSD.
