We provide psychotherapy to support emotional distress, but not limited to anxiety, lack of motivation, sadness or depression, grief, feeling overwhelmed, feeling stuck in your life and relationship issues. Specializing in children and youth anxiety and depression, I primarily work from Strength-Based, CBT, EFT, DBT, and Mindfulness Approach. I will be working to help you understand your feelings, thoughts, and actions and how perspective changes can lead to unlocking an empowered you.
