English
| Français You're doing everything "right"- but still feel disconnected, anxious or on edge. No matter what you try, you continue to feel stuck in certain patterns of thinking or being. You want a space where you don't have to perform, explain, or be the strong one. In an overwhelming and performance-driven world, our human needs for connection, authenticity and rest are too often sacrificed. I invite you to engage in a therapeutic process that will center your humanity, and that will reconnect you to your emotions, to your story, and to your inherent wisdom. Every part of you is welcome and honoured here.

I am a Creative Arts Therapist and a Counsellor. My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed and intersectional. Together, we will explore your inner world using a variety of creative and verbal tools depending on your needs. On our exploration journey, you are the driver and I am the guide, providing unconditional support, feedback and gentle guidance.
I wish to congratulate you for being here, looking for support, healing, or change. Humans are social and resilient beings. There is nothing more human than looking to one another for connection, community, and growth. Figuring out life is challenging, and you don't have to do it alone. I am happy you have landed here.
