I work with folks who have experienced relational or complex trauma to help them process emotions, navigate relationship challenges, and gain insight into how their past experiences are impacting them and their world today. I also work with couples who feel stuck in painful communication patterns or disconnected from each other, helping them rebuild trust and intimacy.
I bring over 3 years of experience in community mental health and have a passion for getting to the root of what’s going on. I see healing as both personal and relational, meaning I understand that your environment, relationships, and history shape your present. Our work will balance deep reflection with practical, present-focused tools.

Virtual non-judgmental, harm-reduction space for adults (18+) exploring their relationship with substances. Whether you’re questioning use, aiming to cut back, or seeking support outside abstinence-only programs, this group provides psychoeducation, reflection, and peer connection. Grounded in a relational approach, we focus on understanding patterns, coping strategies, and self-awareness - not prescribing a specific path. Open to anyone curious about or affected by substance use. Brief pre-group consultation required to ensure safety and fit.
