I understand that taking the first step towards healing can be scary, but I am committed to meeting you where you’re at and wading through the murky waters together. I operate from an anti-oppressive, feminist lens and take great care to cultivate a strong sense of trust with my clients. I typically work with folks who have been touched by addiction and/or trauma and are looking to explore the underlying issue while learning the tools needed to live a fulfilling life. I'm passionate about helping people build meaningful relationships and have interest working with relationship concerns, anxiety + depression, and trauma.
I have 3+ years of experience working at substance use treatment centres and am passionate about getting to the root of the problem. I get the complex interaction a person has with their environment and work holistically to best understand all the moving parts in a person's life. I balance exploratory work with present-focused skills.
