Registered Psychotherapist, RP, BA, CAPT, Gestalt
CHANGE IS POSSIBLE. You might be looking here because you've tried everything else, and you're still struggling. We all need support. You don't need to struggle alone. I provide a space where you can explore your feelings, be heard and supported with compassion. I work in the present moment, and include all aspects of what it means to be human: your body, mind and spirit. I'll provide you with feedback, so you can gain new awareness. My approach is creative, relational, and I bring humour into my sessions. I offer a free 15-20 initial phone session.
I see individuals and couples. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships, or trauma. My clients have described me as warm, authentic, and direct. I follow my client's lead, and have great respect for the therapeutic process. It takes bravery to explore the places we avoid.
My location is a 5 minute walk from Pape or Chester subway. I see clients weekdays, evenings and some weekends. I offer a free initial phone consultation: 647-401-4887. All calls are confidential. Rates: $110 for individuals, $130 for couples. I'm covered by some extended health care plans.
