Hi! I'm so happy you're here. My name is Mia, and I am a registered social worker, as well as a certified clinical trauma professional with a career focus on counselling and therapy.
My focus revolves providing services to those struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and other mental diagnoses. My counselling orientation is using DBT, client centred and strengths approaches, as well as narrative therapy.
