Sometimes when a crisis hits we find it hard to process what is happening because we are full of the emotional and mental confusion. Therapy helps to unravel the confusion so you can awaken to the awareness that comes with the turning point. Growing in awareness can create a whole new perspective.

We will find your inner wisdom together. I will do this through empathy, curiosity, irreverence, and connection. You see, I believe there is wisdom within you that can offer you the support you seek. We embark on a journey inward to find the thing you are looking for.

The best relationship you will ever have is the one you are having with yourself. I believe that within you is a wisdom, finding it is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself. After you find it, you and I will begin to access this strength within you. Your life begins to move in the direction you desire.
