Feeling unsure of how to move forward to better your mental health is a difficult space to be in. I want to ensure you feel safe and comfortable sharing your goals and needs with me, so we can work together on how to best support you. I aim for an empathetic and calm environment, where you feel that your voice is heard and respected. Working with people of all ages has been my passion, and I enjoy learning about every individual's strengths and areas of growth. These parts of ourselves are what make us unique, and we can utilize these aspects of you in our sessions together.
I have experience working with adults, children and youth who are struggling with anxiety, depression and have been through various traumas. We can work together to determine what would be best for you moving forward. I strive to create a genuine connection with my clients and allow them to feel seen and validated.
