Does life feel harder than it used to? Do you feel like for every step taken forward, two more are taken backward? Are you feeling stuck, alone, lost, or misunderstood? Do you know where you want to be but just don’t know how to get there? Often the challenges in life feel like being lost in a dense forest, with no clear path out. My role is to be your map. Just like any map, there are several options that will lead you to your destination. Working together, we will find the right path for you. Along your journey, I will walk with you as your find your way out of the forest, and into the sun.
I am passionate about cultivating a positive co-parenting environment, navigating through challenges in relationships including divorce, supporting pregnant mothers and their families, and the search for self-awareness and self-improvement. I believe everyone has the right to an individualized identity, free of external constraints.
In therapy, I believe there is no such thing as "one size fits all" approach and will tailor our work together in a manner that best suits you. Set up a free consultation appointment on my website and take the first step in prioritizing you.
