Our Team
I help people cope with the everyday and exceptional challenges of life, experience less suffering, and engage wholeheartedly in the present. Experiences of anxiety and trauma narrow the fullness of life and cloud the lens through which you view yourself, relationships, and the world. I view therapy as the space to freely evaluate the thoughts and feelings you carry, particularly those that no longer serve you. In therapy, my role is not only to reduce symptoms, but more importantly, to help guide you towards reconnection with your internal strengths, alignment with your personal values, and deepen meaningful relationships.

Challenging family dynamics, relationship anxiety, and navigating life changes can stir up complex emotions, and leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or isolated. The struggle to find meaningful connection and a sense of purpose is actually a fairly common experience. It’s okay to feel this way, and you don’t have to figure it out alone! Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing, explore what matters most to you, and develop the internal resources to make the changes you desire in your life. We’ll find practical steps toward healing, connection and growth at a pace that feels right for you.

You can be highly self-aware and still feel trapped by anxiety, perfectionism, relationship patterns, or the impacts of difficult experiences. Maybe you don't need another coping strategy. Maybe you need a different relationship with what's happening inside of you.
Many people come to therapy not because they lack insight, but because insight alone hasn't created the change they're looking for. They've spent years trying to think their way out of anxiety, shame, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or emotional overwhelm. Therapy offers another way.
