I support individuals with starting and growing a family, work stress, life transitions as well as the unique stressors of working in agriculture. I have lived experience of pregnancy loss & additional training in Perinatal Mental Health so I also support those seeking to be pregnant, are pregnant or in the postpartum and earlier parenthood stages of life.
I provide a genuine, warm, safe environment. I offer virtual and office sessions & I am also a trained walk & talk therapist, as sitting in a chair for an hour isn't for everyone! Perhaps you prefer the side by side conversation or ability to schedule an appointment while baby naps in the stroller. I believe in personalised, accessible counselling for all.
