Our therapists draw from a variety of evidence-based and integrative approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Behavioural Therapy, and Strength-Based Approaches—tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
