If you are feeling that you need to seek support for challenges that you are presently facing in your life or having trouble coping with certain situation or symptoms. I can also accompany you with EMDR and sensorimotor psychotherapy as a treatment

At first, we will discuss your needs and how you would like to acheive your goals. We will take it where you are and I'm there to accompagny you at your rythme. I will use the tools and approaches that fits your needs and energy level.
