I work with folks who are experiencing the symptoms of obsessive compulsive disorder. Through exposure response prevention therapy, I’ve supported folks to take back their life, and lean into the uncertainty in as little as 15-25 sessions. Together, you and I will face your fears, tackle OCD to the ground, and get you back a sense of peace.
