Living with anxiety and depression can be really hard to live with.
Maybe you find yourself worrying about a variety of things, feeling tense, have difficulty sleeping and turning off your mind.
Perhaps you find it difficult to meet new people or build relationships with others because you're afraid of being judge negatively...
Or you don't feel good about yourself and your life, or maybe you feel like life is happening to you instead of for you. Depression can make it feel like a struggle to do the things you used to and enjoy life. Maybe you're not even sure life is worth living.
Please note, I offer virtual services only.
As we start our work together, we will talk about what's going on in your life, what's important to you, and figure out a specialized plan that is best for you. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, low self esteem, or low mood/depression, I use well-researched therapies that will bring results.
Starting therapy can bring up a mix of different emotions and hesitancy. With me, you can expect that I will guide our sessions, especially if you're unsure where to start at any point in time.
I encourage you to explore therapists to find the right fit for you. I offer free 15-minute virtual meetings or phone calls to discuss what you're looking for.
