I am a super-neurodivergent-lesbian-spiritual-witch-rainbow-energy-healer. I use a variety of skills including energy work and radical self compassion to support healing, increased personal capacity and resiliency. I am a Registered Social Worker & Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and also have diplomas in Child and Youth and Women's Studies.
As a lesbian and a late diagnosed AuADHD’er, I understand the value in being truly seen and celebrated for being you in a therapeutic space. I support other queer and divergent thinkers to join me on their healing journey.
