Have you noticed changes in your mood? Are you struggling with anxiety or feeling overwhelmed? Are you facing an important challenge? Having difficulties managing stress, school, or work? Do you have questions about everyday parenting challenges or are struggling? I believe that self-understanding, progress, and change flourishes best within an open, collaborative, and safe non-judgmental space. I will work alongside you to identify your needs, what changes you want to work towards, and in developing new ways of addressing life's difficulties and unhook from difficult internal experiences.
I'm a clinical psychologist with over 13 years experience training and working in a variety of clinical settings supporting adults, parents, and youth with concerns such as depression, anxiety, perfectionism, stress, adjusting to life transitions, managing intense emotions, behavioural difficulties, school/work related difficulties, and parenting challenges.
Every person and situation is unique. As such, my approach will be tailored to your specific needs by drawing on scientifically supported treatments, such as Cognitive-Behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy etc. If you think I am the right therapist for you, it would be an honour to work alongside you as you move towards your goals!
