This program is intended for men who experiencing difficulties in their lives or relationships due to their angry, controlling, withholding, and/or abusive behaviours. Weekly meetings are online. Members of the group commit to confidentiality agreements and respectful, supportive, nonjudgemental and appropriate behaviour towards self, facilitators, and other group members in the program. This is intended to be a safe space to grow and learn together. The intention of this program is to provide tools, skills, and resources to support men in choosing healthy relationships, behaviours, and coping skills when faced with challenges in their interpersonal relationships.

This small group helps you learn proven, practical, & effective strategies for making marriage work. This is an online group (you may have your cameras off).
