My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in compassion, curiosity, and real conversation. I integrate ACT, IFS, DBT, narrative, and anti-oppressive practices to support your healing in context, not by pathologizing you. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can be honest, challenged, validated, finally heard and free to be you.
