I am passionate about 2SLGBTQ+ issues, as well as trauma, neurodiversity, life changes, and grief. I am sex+, CNM/polyamory supportive, and body+.
I am licensed in NB and NS and offer in person, over the phone, or virtual appointments based on your needs and comfort level. I have specialized training in trauma informed care and sexual assault. I am trained in EMDR, ACT, as well as CBT and practice from trauma informed and feminist lenses.
