Welcome, I am so glad you are here. My name is Melissa Louka, the proud owner of Under The Oak Psychotherapy. I am passionate about walking alongside women, teens and young adults in the ups and downs of this life. At Under the Oak, I work with you to sit safely in the pain, grieving and uncertainty, all the while helping you to see the flickers of beauty through the trees. I come with 15 years of experience working with adolescents and their families, and over 8 years of experience working with adult women and young adults. I use an integrative approach to help customize your unique needs. More specifically, I am well versed and trained in DBT, DBT-PE, CBT, Family Systems and trauma informed therapy.
