I have dedicated my life to helping people because I know what it is like to feel misunderstood. I want to help you understand what you don’t know about yourself yet, working towards extending yourself the compassion that you deserve, and cultivating the changes you want for yourself. While I may work with you on certain strategies or tools, my goal is to create a space to help unfold the person that you are meant to be and to see the magic of who you are.
I am now offering ADHD and general mental health assessments.

People come to see me for a variety of reasons. One of my main areas of focus is working with spiritual exploration or difficulties, including religious trauma. I also enjoy supporting those who deal with social anxiety. I am a certified ADHD practitioner, and enjoy supporting neurodivergent clients.
I know that sometimes we just need a space to be heard, to share good news, to share hardships, and also someone to laugh with. If you're hoping to connect with a therapist who gets that life can be messy, complicated, and need someone on your side, I'm here for you.
