I believe we all have a deep longing for similar things: connection, authenticity, belonging, and being understood. I currently work with individuals ages 12+. My approach to therapy is attachment based and client centered, with focuses in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Some of my areas of focus are anxiety, self-esteem, self-worth, and bullying in teenagers and young adults. I also work with individuals who are neurodiverse (ASD, ADHD) and are experiencing identity and existential issues, workplace and school stress, social concerns, and much more.
I also provide supervision to RP(Q)s.
Each person is the expert of their own life; sometimes we just need a little help along the way.
