I'm a Registered Psychologist, trained in EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Grief Therapy, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I'm also an ally to folks recovering from trauma, especially invalidation from others when facing hard experiences in pregnancy and giving birth, family substance concerns, and neurodivergence.
