About

Are you struggling with TRAUMA or CHRONIC PAIN? Are you so overwhelmed by this all-encompassing pain that you dont feel like you will ever be able to get through it? I know how you feel! I struggle with these same issues & understand how the pain can get so bad sometimes that you don't feel like you can cope with life. I know firsthand how chronic pain & trauma also lead to many other problems, including anxiety & depression. But there is HOPE & you WILL get through it! Let me teach you what I have learned & help you live a life free from your constant battle with emotional & physical pain. We will get through this together!
First, I will work hard to build a strong & lasting relationship with you, so that you feel safe to open up to me. Then we will determine what caused the pain & suffering. I will help you to learn more about your pain & teach you coping skills to take away many of the symptoms. We may then use EMDR & somatic therapies to get to the root of your problem.
I have taken many trainings in the areas of chronic pain & trauma. And with over 12 years of experience working with emotional & physical pain, I believe that I am an ideal therapist to help client's with these issues. But what makes me YOUR ideal therapist? I UNDERSTAND. I WONT JUDGE. I HAVE BEEN THERE. Please reach out. You dont have to live in pain.
