Groups
BPD / Complex-PTSD Therapy Group

This 10week group, starting at the beginning of Sept, is for clients diagnosed with BPD or CPTSD. This is a process-oriented therapy & support group. It is intended to help clients open up to and begin talking about their feelings and painful experiences. This group helps clients feel supported by peers, but also provides unique experiences to hear feedback from the multiple different perspectives within the group. This group helps clients: feel less alone, feel valued, feel less depressed & less anxious, gain new insights about themselves & learn how to relate to others in healthy ways.
