About
Thank you for considering me in your search for a therapist. It is my belief that the most meaningful therapy is grounded in the safety and fit of the client-therapist relationship. I strive to maintain a practice that is authentic, transparent, and honouring of the courage it takes to arrive in therapy. My approach is integrative and often draws from both person-centred and narrative methodologies, which allows the therapeutic process to be tailored to your specific needs. I strive to create a warm and inclusive space that fosters collaboration, discussion, and self-exploration.
I offer individual counselling services to youth (ages 10+) and adults in addition to conducting psychoeducational assessments. My practice specializes in working with anxiety and depression, questions and considerations regarding sexual orientation and/or gender identity, grief, stress, and challenges within interpersonal relationships.
I wish to engage you in co-creating an environment that invites a sense of empowerment, in sharing your stories, and the exploring of new considerations through self-compassion. It would be my privilege and pleasure to accompany you along your therapeutic journey.
