I am passionate and curious about the way relationships shape our lives, from the relationship we have with ourselves, with others and our environment. My work can be supportive for those struggling with anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, finding one’s voice and authenticity and those yearning to reclaim parts of themselves they felt they've had to disown.
My practice is influenced by attachment theory, body based somatic practices, nervous system regulation and person-centred care. My aim is to provide an encouraging, judgement – free and collaborative space for you to explore what’s relevant for you in your life.
My goal as a therapist is to help you find your way back home to the person you are at your core. The version of you that can feel ease and at home in your life and relationships. If you're curious to work together, we can schedule a free 15 minute consultation.
