About
Are you struggling with a major life transition such as becoming a parent, entering or considering a new career/ educational pursuit, or adapting to new life circumstances? Change and uncertainty can feel uncomfortable and scary and counselling can help you set and achieve goals that are aligned with your personal values. It can also help you begin to make small but important changes to improve your mood and self-confidence. I have 7 years of experience as a psychotherapist helping people gain clarity, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, and reach their personal goals. Please reach out if this resonates with you!
I am a person-centered therapist and will work with you to create an individualized treatment. You can expect to be met with warmth and compassion during session in order to provide you with the safety you need to explore potentially distressing circumstances and/or emotions. I am trained in a number of modalities that we may apply to achieve your goals.
Reaching out for help can be tough, but I really believe that healing is possible through connection and positive relationships. Some of the benefits you may gain from therapy include increased self-awareness, self-confidence, and sense of direction. Learning new ways to apply your inner strengths to struggles can create more room for joy and connection.
