Hi! Struggling with anxiety, burnout, or perfectionism? I've been there and know you don't have to go through it alone. I can guide you through the storm so you can be healthier, mentally stronger, and thrive! I enjoy working with adults in roles that require 100% performance, like medicine, aviation, law, education, athletes, and business/ entrepreneurs. I also love supporting post-secondary students and folks new to counselling. I offer a reduced '1st session fee' for any new client that is $20 off the hourly price so we can focus on connection first. I also provide post-secondary students a student rate of $110/session.
I use evidence and practice-based approaches stemming from my social work and psychology degrees. These include CBT, evolutionary psychology, neuroscience, developmental psychology, self-compassion, intersectionality, and mindfulness approaches.
