Looking for therapeutic insight and a space for your children to grow and thrive? I am a Counselling Therapist (AB and in NL) and a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) (2017-Present). I have completed over 180 Play Therapy training hours and am working towards a Certified Play Therapist (CPT) designation with the Canadian Association for Play Therapy. I work with both adults and children/youth.
I offer various play, expressive arts and creative interventions to increase childrens ability to make contact with their worlds and increase their sense of self. Mindfulness, metaphor, narrative, emotional and physical exploration and education are some of the ways I help adults move out of their head and into their bodies and their selves.
