If you are recovering from trauma, if you are stuck or struggling, therapy can create a safe space to work through painful and difficult emotions and experiences in order to live better and feel better. As a therapist and supervisor of other therapists, I value creativity, compassion and collaboration. My approach is drawn from attachment theory, narrative therapy, trauma-informed somatic therapies, mindful self-compassion and relational therapy.
I am trained in trauma-informed and narrative approaches, EFT and Gottman couple therapy, family therapy including play and art therapy and attachment-focussed family therapy. As a registered Circle of Security facilitator I can help parents to provide emotional security for their children.
I also offer individual and group supervision.
I offer virtual and in-person, individual and group supervision for therapists, psychotherapists, and counsellors who are in-training or established in their careers.

Circle of Security Parenting
Circle of Security is an 8 week, once per week group offered to parents to explore secure-attachment-based parenting. I am a certified to offer this training to small groups of parents or individually (to single or co-parents). You can join a group training or do the program as an addition to your couple or family therapy.
