LIFFT (January 22- March 12, 2025)

LIFFT - Living Intentionally Finding Freedom Together - is a peer-to-peer therapy group for adult women experiencing the after-effects of separation from their partners including: abandonment, trauma, shame and isolation, anger, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and loneliness. LIFFT will integrate psychoeducation, skills, mindfulness, emotional processing, and creative modalities guided by Melisha Franks, Registered Psychologist.• 8-week program offered Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:30 pm.
