I strive to tailor each therapy session to suit the unique needs and preferences of each individual, therefore, I utilize techniques from several therapeutic models. For example, I use solution focused techniques, mindfulness, somatic work and others. I am also trained in a therapy model focused on trauma and attachment issues.
