As a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate (LCT-C) and Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in community and clinical settings, I support youth, adults, couples, and families through anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. I'll meet you where you are, help you build on your strengths, and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
