I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, including children, youth, teens, and adults. By fostering a respectful and present therapeutic environment, I help clients unpack their burdens, facilitating a process where they can reconnect with their inner strengths and resilience. I believes that every individual has unique qualities that can be harnessed for growth. By collaborating closely with clients, I hope to empowers them to blend their inherent strengths with new coping skills to foster long-lasting changes.
My training in various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), allows me to tailor my approach to each individual's needs.
I understand that life's challenges can weigh heavily on our minds and bodies. These experiences can be isolating and overwhelming, often leaving individuals feeling lost or uncertain. I aim to create a safe, nurturing space where clients can openly explore their feelings.
